Milpitas Knights Football and Cheerleading

The Milpitas Knights is a non-profit youth football and cheer team serving Milpitas and our surrounding communities. Our five teams are supported by the Milpitas Police Activity League (PAL) and are members of the San Jose Police Activity League (PAL) Football Organization. We are led by passionate volunteers who are dedicated to work alongside parents and community leaders to raise successful student athletes. We believe that team sports, specifically football and cheer, teach perseverance, reliability, cooperation, communication, dedication and integrity all the while providing the benefits of physical activity and a lot of fun!!
