Participants are expected to be energetic and bring a positive attitude. Athletes will be interacting with a variety of other athletes, coaches, and staff and should be intent on learning the basics of the sport and having a great time!
For high school athletes looking for something new, this coed camp is a great way to find out if rowing might be a good fit. There will be 1-3 coaches per program.
