Join Union City Community & Recreation Services for FREE afterschool
homework help where you can meet new friends, get help
with your homework and have fun! Mondays through Thursdays
are homework days and we focus on helping students with their
homework, and leading learning activities once homework is
completed. On Fridays, it is all FUN with games, crafts, cooking and
sports.
Participants must attend at least two homework days each week in
order to participate in FUN Fridays! This is a free drop-in recreation
program, and should not be used as child care. There will be
supervision during program hours only, and children may come and
leave the program during those times. The Homework Club Program
is open to children ages 6–12 years (grades 1–5).
All participants must have a completed emergency information card
on file at each site and will be expected to follow program rules.
Emergency Information Cards are available at the program site, at
the community centers, or online. For more information, please see
www.unioncity.org or call the Holly Community Center at 675.5488 or
the 10th street Community Center at 675.5329.
Please note: There will be no programming on Friday, November
10 (Veterans Day). No programing the week of Thanksgiving break,
Monday–Friday, November 20–24.
