Tumbling- 60 Minutes (Mini Tumbling is 45 Minutes ages 5-7)
This class will be offered for ages 3 and up, so there will be various levels and classes. This is the floor work in gymnastics. The class will teach the very basics of tumbling from a forward roll to the more advanced tricks such as back tucks, back twists, back layouts. A class like this focuses on strengthening and stretching of the muscles, as well as agility. As the levels become more advanced, so do the series of tricks. Tight fitting clothing is recommended.
