All ages and skill levels are welcome to our positive, safe, uplifting, supportive and judge free class.
This class will focus on full body workouts aimed at improving the mind, body and spirit. We'll use our own body weight to gain strength and learn body control.
There will be focus on the following areas:
- Chest
- Back (upper & lower)
- Forearms
- Shoulders
- Quads
- Gluts
- Core
Emphasis will be placed on form, technique and achieving personal bests. Includes admittance to Open Gym from 8-10:30pm.
Open Gym:
- Open Gym is included in your tuition, yay! This is a safe and fun environment for the whole family. Bring the kiddos and you can all work out together!
- Your included Open Gym is only included on the same Friday that you attend class. It cannot be credited, transferred to another week, transferred to family members or used for our Saturday session.
- Missed Open Gyms are not eligible for makeups.
