Beatmaking

Your child's musical expression will soar to a new level as they learn how to make professional beats for multiple purposes, such as backing tracks for music, soundtracks for film, game audio, and many more! In this camp students will learn the basics of sound design/production and multi-track recording/editing and will have the chance to work hands on with industry-standard audio applications in order to create their own unique sound. Each student will finish the camp with a digital reel of their own work. Open to all instruments and vocalists. This class is open to kids 10-17. Since it's more individual based age consistency isn't so important. No experience equired, but it would be good for them to have some experience with music and/or computers. No equipment required, but they can bring their own laptops, pads or even phones to learn on, especially if that's what they will be creating on at home. (Limit 8 students per session).
