These buttery French cakes make an impressive addition to your baking repertoire. In this class, you’ll learn the classic madeleine recipe, then infuse the batter with delicate vanilla, zesty orange and decadent chocolate. As you sip on a rich espresso beverage, our chef instructor will teach you the tips and tricks to the perfect treat. Two of the madeleines will get a sweet chocolate finish for a delicious final touch.
Paying adult must accompany ages 17 & under.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
