Come and explore your creativity through sketching, drawing, and
painting plants, with a combination of both traditional and nontraditional
botanical art techniques. We will be exploring seasonal
changes, while looking at what’s growing around us in our daily
environment. We’ll make our own natural discoveries and
connections while mixing and blending colors, painting with
watercolors, and drawing with a variety of pencils. Students will bring
in their own plant samples each week and there will be time for
independent work. A materials list will be available upon registration.
