CrossFit is fun for all ages and athletic abilities! Our CrossFit Kids classes are scalable for any experience level. The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life in general. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. We do all of these and more in our CrossFit Kids program at Coast Range CrossFit!
Special Instructions: Non-Members are required to fill out a Coast Range CrossFit waiver prior to class. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign the waiver
