Intermediate tumbling moves, forward & backward rolls, and jumps. On trampoline, correct bouncing, stopping, seat-drops, jumps in different positions and half and full turns are taught. On apparatus, students will learn intermediate support and suspension position, hand grips, mounts, dis-mounts and correct landing technique. Student should have at least 6 months of prior instruction and be ready to perform beyond beginning level.
