Water aerobics takes place in spring, summer, and fall, utilizing our outdoor heated pool and a large ramp into the pool for easy accessibility. Water aerobics helps build muscle strength and increases movement without joint pain. All fitness levels are welcome!
Dress Code:
- Absolutely no tummies showing
- No low-cut shirts (front or back)
- No spaghetti straps
- No high cut bottoms or short shorts
- All shorts should have at least a 6 inch inseam
- One-piece bathing suits for all female members in water aerobics

Heshiisyada
Scholarship applications are available at the front office and are approved on a case by case basis based on need and funding available. As the program is completely funded by private donations students who are on a scholarship and miss two consecutive classes will be dropped if the office has not been notified and the scholarship will then be applied to another student. All scholarship recipients are kept confidential.
