In the 5-day Le Cordon Bleu Junior Chef cooking camp, children will embark on a journey around the world, and top professional chefs will let children understand the food culture of 5 continents through cooking.
During the week camp, children will learn about food choices, kitchen safety, cooking techniques, food science, and healthy eating concepts.
Every day, young chefs will learn about a country's unique spices, cuisine, culture, and even music, and will learn to cook a dish that represents this country.
At the end of each day, they will complete a three-course meal including appetizer, entree, and dessert. They will also taste food and be satisfied!
