On court work will include individual and group instruction, drills, and match play. There is a 1 to 4-instructor student ratio. Off court training is composed of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, stretching, circuit training, plyometrics and a variety of fun games. For the overnight camps, leisure activities include; visits to San Francisco, going to the movies, mini golf, bowling and taking in the sites and sounds of California. Students and coaches are housed in one of the beautiful row houses in the center of campus. All meals are in the Stanford dining halls. Our experienced staff closely supervises all activities.
