Calling all teens! Roosevelt Teen Camp is designed for youth ages 13-17 to help develop skills necessary to be a camp leader. This camp uses recreation to teach teens about teamwork, exercise personal development and build self- confidence. Participants will receive mentorship from staff and practice their newly acquired skills by co-leading activities to younger campers. They will also embark on a field trip each week.
Lunch is not provided. Participants must bring lunch and snacks daily. They may bring spending money for trips.

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) Scholarship Program will ensure that qualifying San José residents have affordable access to participation in PRNS programs, classes and services. All requests are subject to available funding. Eligibility requirements may differ for each scholarship.
