Mom & Baby yoga classes are a very comfortable, supportive environment where moms can meet other women, enjoy special times with their babies, and experience the benefits of yoga without worrying about babies "bothering" others.
These classes have their own special rhythm, following the needs of the babies. Female caregivers are welcome. To maintain a safe and intimate environment, Dads are not permitted to attend our Mom & Baby Yoga classes. If you are a Mom who would like to practice with your baby and your male partner, please check out our Toddler & Me classes which are open to all.
Bring a blanket for your baby and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No prior yoga experience necessary. You and your newborn are welcome and may participate as gently as you like; if you have questions about when to start, do ask your midwife or doctor.
