Goalkeepers keep fit with conditioning training designed for goalkeepers, along with fundamentals of goalkeeping techniques.
Requirements:
- soccer ball (optional: 2 total soccer balls, 1 tennis ball, 1 basketball if you have these)
- comfortable athletic shoes or cleats, suitable for the surface your child will use
- water bottle
- 5 cones (can use 5 water bottles, or shoes, or any safe item that your player can dribble around)
- 12 ft by 12 ft of unobstructed space
- a wall to throw the ball against
- device to link into Zoom or Google Hangout
- A parent or guardian to supervise to ensure the player does not injure her/himself
