This camp is for experienced high school rowers looking to improve their skills in sculling. No sculling experience required, but athletes must have at least one year of rowing experience unless cleared by a coach. The focus is largely technical with the goal of getting athletes proficient, comfortable, and fast in the single. Instruction will include working on the individual stroke, balance, and blade work and will be adapted to an individuals skill level.
