Cuong Nhu is a Vietnamese martial art combining Karate with Aikido, Kung Fu and more. This ongoing program lets students progress at their own pace. learning basic techniques, forms and self-defense with an emphasis on fun, safety and mutual respect. Students may earn belt ranking to black belt and beyond. Sensei Didi Goodman has been practicing martial arts for more than 24 years and holds the rank of Yondan (fourth degree black belt) in Cuong Nhu. She is assisted by brown belt and black belt level students in teaching some classes.
