Students will learn the basics of stop frame animation using white boards and or by developing their own simple clay figures using a digital camera and iMovie. First we will develop our characters and initial storyboard on paper. Next we will translate our work onto the whiteboard, (and/or) into clay, and learn to animate our ideas using the frame-by-frame technique. We will also develop an original "sound story" for the finish animation. Participants have the option to work individually or share their workflows and collaborate in groups. All levels welcomed.
