Volunteers assist as monitors to set up the chemistry, observe and break down the Darkroom. Our facilities are available to the community for black and white film developing and printing no larger than 11”x14”. Prior to registration, and labuse, new participants must have a brief over the phone or e-mail interview with the photo coordinator. At the time of your initial
arrival, the monitor will give you an orientation that will include Studio One’s safety procedure and participant protocol. Bring your own photopaper and film. No production or commercial work is allowed. Lab time is purchased in 20-hour blocks of time. Patrons use time within 6 months.
