This mandatory training will take place at Studio One Art Center. This training week will be accompanied by our employee trainer to strengthen readiness for camp life! Teens will learn about leadership, team building, stewardship, conflict management, communications, art and job skills. After successful completion of training, CITs will support staff in Studio One Fine Art Summer Camp and Weekly Arts Camp. Teens will also enjoy weekly art classes and educational field trips designed to promote group unity.
