Learning to make new friends, cooperating with others, following directions, and more are all encouraged through reading, crafts, fun activities, short video/music clips, experiments, and play in the Play Structure. These campers will not leave the facility.
Theme: Farmyard Fun!
Calling all campers to come and spend an exciting week learning about farm life! We'll make homemade butter and lemonade, plant seeds to start their very own garden, partake in cool crafts. We’ll play farm-themed games like a scavenger hunt for surprise filled eggs. We’ll even ride ponies and feed some goats, bunnies, and chickens with our Special Presentation, Tickle Me Pony Party Farm. Also, every day campers can earn beads for good behavior; they’ll wear their personal necklace with pride! We finish the week with an exciting time climbing on the rock wall, face painting and picking out prizes with the Safari Dollars campers have earned for good conduct.

This week we are offering Daily Drop Off Only. To book click Summer Day Drop Off Session. Campers from ages 4-10 years old are welcome. Each day runs from 9:30am-1:30pm. Help us celebrate the 4th! We will celebrate our nation’s independence by exploring great American symbols, such as our flag and the Statue of Liberty! We’ll play games, make crafts, and eat healthy festive snacks including red strawberries, blueberries, red watermelon, and lots more “patriotic” colored fruits throughout the week. No Special Presentation this week.
Theme: Special Presentation: Insect Discovery Lab
Campers will experience a full array of gross, exciting, stimulating challenges - both physical and mental! Campers will test their skills while being blindfolded through an obstacle course, bravely touch a bucket of the unknown, and dare to try weird foods. Also, we’ll have fun with water play, awesome minute-to-win-it games, and making fun crafts like lava lamps, and slime. For our Special Presentation, our campers will have the chance to explore the fascinating world of nature’s smallest crawling, creeping, and flying friends by touching and observing insects from the Insect Discovery Lab. Theme: Kitchen Science
This week is one giant science experiment! Have you ever wanted to add a little bit of this to a little bit of that and see what happens? We do! We'll use our senses to Smell and Taste secret ingredients, See liquids change to solids in homemade ice cream and Hear the power of popcorn. We’ll have fun using the magic of chemistry to transform the contents of the kitchen cupboards into extraordinary experiments such as making our own fake snot and a rubber egg that can bounce! For our Special Presentation by, Phil Ackerly, campers will have the chance to watch a blend of great magic with a whole lot of fun! Theme: Fun House
Join us for this fun-filled, crazy summer camp week! We'll put emphasis on teamwork, friendships, and Fun! We’ll have a good time with crazy theme-days and wacky games like a blind-fold obstacle course, tape game, amazing shrinking blanket, and penguin shuffle. These activities will not only keep campers having fun but will also challenge their minds and muscles – strengthening their bodies and releasing all that pent‐up energy. They will have a blast crafting a beaded wind chime that they can take home to hang in their room. To top it off, we'll have the Animal Guy (Tracy Hall) who will offer a special presentation and give children a chance to touch several types of fur, feathers, and scales. He’ll bring 17 animals from baby chicks, rabbits, and ducks to turtles, snakes, tarantulas and giant millipedes for campers to pet. Theme: Secret Coding
The idea of being able to read and write in a secret code, or better yet, create your own secret code that no one else knows, is magical! Imagine being able to write notes to each other that no one else can read! Campers will have a fun-filled week hunting for clues, objects, and treasures while doing activities in crafts, fitness, code reading, and teamwork. Your child will create their very own secret decoder wheel. We’ll play fun and hilarious games like balloon city, water play, and treasure hunts. Campers will watch an entertaining live bird show by our Special Presentation, the Happy Birds. These birds will show off some cool tricks they know like; pushing a little shopping cart, dribbling a basketball, riding their bicycle, and more. Campers will enjoy playing in the structure, participating in fitness classes, and learning magic manners. Theme: Let The Games Begin!
The Olympic Games bring a sense of togetherness, inspiration, and motivation that no other sporting event can. We'll have an action-packed week while playing like an all-star! We'll be playing soccer, flag tag, basketball, kickball, and even nerf gun tag at Safari Run. This week encourages kids to find fun in getting fit while learning about sportsmanship. Campers will make their own Gold Medals and participate in Olympics themed games. As our Special Presentation, Mixed Martial Arts competitor and former Safari Run party host Adam Piccolotti will teach the kids some basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Martial Arts self-defense moves.
