In this alignment-based class we will practice both classical and therapeutic yoga poses which are designed to increase the mobility of your spine and strengthen your core which supports it. Our practice takes us through full range of motion in all the major joints of your body, enhancing your flexibility and balance, improving your posture and creating an overall sense of relaxation and wellbeing. The Instructor is a Yoga Therapist and will teach modifications as necessary to accommodate your needs. Beginners are welcome.
