This outdoor class is designed for individuals with disabilities. Improve physical fitness by working out in the fitness room. Program will include stretching, cardiovascular and strengthening exercises and focus on enhancing gross motor coordination. Participants must be able to attend a large social gathering with minimal supervision or bring an attendant. 5:1 participant to staff ratio provided. Class is designed with a modification to follow all pertinent safety protocols to align with the most current State Health or Santa Clara County order (whichever is stricter). Hand sanitizer will be available on-site. Participants are required to wear a face mask at all times.
