Our week-long camps are designed to introduce high school aged boys and girls to the sport of rowing. This camp will run from 9AM - Noon Monday through Friday. To ensure social distancing, the camp will focus on learning to row in single sculls (single person boats), and different methods of training: running, erging (rowing machine), and water rowing.
Participants are expected to be energetic and bring a positive attitude. Athletes will be interacting with a variety of other athletes, coaches, and staff and should be intent on learning and having a great time!
For high school athletes looking for something new, this coed camp is a great way to find out if rowing might be a good fit. There will be 1-3 coaches per program. The maximum number of participants per session is 14 (due to space and equipment limitations).
