This program is specially designed for younger campers coming to sleep away camp for the first time. In this 5-day overnight camp, youth are offered the opportunity to build their outdoor skills, self-confidence, and independence. Along with traditional camp activities, such as swimming and arts & crafts, campers in this program will engage in hands-on engineering projects inspired by the outdoor environment surrounding them and the four unique structures they are housed in: a tipi, a viking tent, a geodesic dome, or a carousel tent.
Is your camper female-identified or gender non-conforming and interested in building a positive relationship to STEM and the outdoors? Join us during sessions 8 or 9 for our new Empowered Opportunity sessions!
