This 30 minute “IN & OUT” program is designed for youth who already have experience on a swim team and wants to focus on the individual components of each of the four main strokes, flip turns, and starts. This six class program will focus on only one technique per day. Day (1) starts. Day (2) flip turns. Day (3) free style. Day (4) backstroke. Day (5) breast stroke. Day (6) butterfly. Unlike other preseason programs, this program is not necessarily designed as an endurance training program, rather skill refinement. (All requests for 9 year olds must be approved by the coach.)
