Students need to be able to do a cartwheel and backward roll down a mat, and not be afraid to be upside down on the bars to be in this class.
They will work on the following skills:
Bars - Pull over by themselves, back hip circle, casting, and various strength skills.
Beam - walking in a variety of ways, balancing skills on one leg, and beginning handstand skills.
Floor - Backward roll on the floor, bridge kick over on a mat, cartwheels in a straight line, handstand forward roll, and round offs.
