This is the highest level of recreational classes. Students must be able to do a pull over on bars and a bridge kick over down a mat without a spot to be in this class.
They will work on the following skills:
Bars - back hip circle, knee swing, basic drills for kips and squat ons, and a variety of strength skills.
Beam - Variety of walks in releve, jumps, turns, handstands, and cartwheels.
Floor - Bridge kick over on the floor, round offs, beginning drills for back handsprings.
