A total body fitness workout and aerobic dance. Build selfconfidence, muscle strength, endurance, balance, coordination
and the ability to participate independently within a group
setting, while moving to some great music. This class keeps
you going from the warm-up to the cool down. Must bring
receipt to the first day of class. Please note that class begins
at 3:00pm. Early arrivals will need to go to the Library until
3:00pm. A late fee of $1.00 per minute will incur for every
minute after 5:00pm.
