At Diets and Life, our goal is to love and enjoy whole foods, broaden our palettes, and teach the life skill of cooking resulting in a healthy lifestyle.

We encourage kids to become chefs of not only American food but foods from all parts of the world. They quickly lose the fear of trying new food and expand their taste buds in the process all while learning multi-cultural recipes.

Kitchen and food safety is important for kids to learn at an early age. We educate them by using age-appropriate culinary skills including food prep and knife safety.

Our hands-on classes are designed to engage and entertain children. We make food fun!
