Rock Climbing is a great activity for kids to burn off some of their extra energy while staying active during summer months! Rock climbing helps promotes physical awareness, self-confidence, discipline, and responsibility. The primary focus of our camp is based on technical training, goal setting, and breaking barriers within and outside of climbing. Our campers will learn climbing skills such as belaying (10+ years old), climbing safety, bouldering, and basic technique. All campers will be provided with a one of a kind Peak carabiner upon completion of camp! Additionally, there will be a 15- minute snack break each day. A fruit/vegetable snack will be provided.
