Come learn the basics of Martial Arts and self defense, taught in the form of a no-contact, cardio workout.
Wear comfortable closed toe shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel because this will be a workout.
Space is limited. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to get a ticket from the Children's Information Desk.
