Cast your line and learn about our earliest and most abundant bony relatives--fish! We will use beautiful Vasona Lake to learn more about the art of fishing and explore the aquatic environment. Perform water quality tests and understand how quality affects the creatures that live in water. Dissect a fish and learn more about their unique adaptations that allow them to survive in water. Explore Los Gatos Creek looking for fish and other critters and learn more about the aquatic food chain.
YSI provides all fishing and exploration equipment.
