Tree Frog Treks

Tree Frog Treks has grown to be one of the leading science and outdoor education companies in the Bay Area, known not only for our awesome Animal Ambassadors, but our fun, hands-on approach to teaching, which we call Wild Science!

Wild Science is about holding live rescued reptiles and amphibians like Digger the Kenyan Sand Boa and Clark the Western Toad, examining amazing specimens like a musk ox skull or mixing up your own vat of slime. It’s about Getting Out and Getting Dirty in nature, climbing a tree, smelling a flower, or flipping over a log to see what’s living underneath it.

Tree Frog Treks firmly believes that no one should be denied the opportunity to learn, no matter what the reason is. Sometimes, though, this is hard to do when there is a monetary requirement of some kind. We allocate 10% of all camp proceeds to our - for every 10 campers, we support 1 camper with a scholarship!

That is why we created our scholarship program by offering scholarships ranging from partial to full. To be considered, all you have to do is fill out our short two-part scholarship application. We read every single application we receive and personally respond to each. If we are able to grant your request, your child can come along with us at a reduced cost (or maybe even for free!), because learning is truly the most valuable contribution we could offer you!
