The ballet dancer should learn more than just positions, they should learn how to tell a story and how to make music come alive. And through proper technique, grace and beauty of ballet, they should be inspired!

Our Ballet classes are taught with the highest regard for the tradition and artistry of classical ballet while respecting the health and well-being of the dancer. Our progressive curriculum takes the mystery out of ballet training by breaking down movements learned so that students feel what muscles they are working.and gain a deeper understanding of how it's really done.

As students grow in their training, complexity of movement, spacial awareness, refinement and artistry increases. Imagery and breath is implemented to enhance muscle memory, quality of moment, improved performance, and focus.
