About
The Hatchery Kinder Camp is for children 3 to 5 years old to explore, create, have fun and grow. Your child will become more confident and independent as they make new friends and explore the farm. Activities include arts and crafts, games, gardening, water play, and one-on-one farm animal interaction. Each Hatchery Kinder Camp session runs for one week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only).Participants must be toilet trained and they must bring their own lunch, snacks, and drinks to camp everyday. Summer camp enrollment spaces are limited to a first come, first serve basis. Enrollment in one week of summer camp does not guarantee space in other future weeks of summer camp.PLEASE NOTE: Camp hours are 9 am to 2 pm. Extended care is NOT available.

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) Scholarship Program will ensure that qualifying San José residents have affordable access to participation in PRNS programs, classes and services. All requests are subject to available funding. Eligibility requirements may differ for each scholarship.
