The mission of New Conservatory Theatre Center is to champion innovative, high-quality productions & educational theatre experiences for youth, artists, and the queer & allied communities to effect personal & societal growth, enlightenment and change.

Spanish - Students whose primary language is not English can certainly attend our After School Drama program (we bring drama residencies to SFUSD and CBO after school programs). We currently have 3 teachers who are bi-lingual; they speak both Spanish and English.

Yes, we serve a number of students who have special needs. We currently have students who are on the Autism Spectrum, have ADHD, are Cancer survivors and are wheel chair bound. We approach each student on a case by case basis and work with our teachers to help them modify the curriculum so that everyone feels both involved and challenged.

Yes, offer scholarships for disadvantaged students. We ask that families in need of financial aid email the Conservatory Programs Manager, Stephen McFarland, for an application and further instructions. On average, families that request financial aid receive 75%-100% of their request.
