Moving Arts Academy of Dance

Moving Arts Academy of Dance provides a nurturing environment for students to excel technically and artistically. Our program offers a pre-professional and children's program in ballet technique taught by knowledgeable, caring and experienced instructors. The program also includes contemporary and classical repertory coaching, and performance opportunities in the winter and spring. Moving Arts is proud to include the American Ballet Theater® National Training Curriculum, a breakthrough 9 level program that combines high-quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development. We are located in the Mission Terrace neighborhood of San Francisco, close to Bart and Muni lines.

We offer semester-long programs in the fall and spring; and an abbreviated summer session, as well as drop-in classes for levels 4 and above. Dance camps are offered over holiday breaks and summer, and winter and summer ballet intensives.
