'Commuters to Reality & Community'
Our Infrastructure of large classrooms, soccer turf field, floodlit basketball court and ballet dance studio - help provide a complete and a healthy experience to students
Children start to defer to more reality based thinking, from their earlier world of fantasy. They are now interested to know how things work and how they can master 'real tasks'. The facts have become important, the questions are endless and the world around now encompasses friends, school community and extended family. They are now able to join the dots between people and things which are closely related and ask more questions. Having independence from family becomes more important now.
The child enters the world of 'Industry vs Inferiority' and needs age appropriate activities which help the child realize and appreciate their products of labor. It is now increasingly important for the child to feel competent and skilled to meet his/her own aspirations, which helps build the self-confidence, to feel industrious and not have a sense of inferiority, which might result from too many failures.
In this very social stage of development, LeaderBoard makes efforts to ensure children do not experience unresolved feelings of inadequacy and inferiority and face challenges in developing feelings of competency and high self-esteem.
LeaderBoard offers a safe and secure environment, provides programs-design in Academic Enrichment, Performing and Visual Arts, Multiple Intelligence and Sports for all children to recognize their unique talent, be encouraged to achieve success, feel competent and accomplished, helping build their self-confidence
