Basic tumbling moves, forward & backward rolls and jumps. on trampoline, correct bouncing, stopping, seat-drops, jumps in different positions and half and full turnsare taught. On appartus, students will learn beginning support and suspension positions, hand grips and beginning mounts, dis-mounts and correct landing technique. This class is designed for kids who have taken at least one session of beginning gymnastics previously.
