Create a Skateboard

Create a Skateboard class! A hands-on creative arts learning experience that allows students to apply abstract concepts to a real-life object: a skateboard. Following a structured curriculum, students learn how skateboard creation applies to mathematics, science, language skills, design, and engineering opportunities. All this wrapped up into an immersive creative arts experience that meets S.T.E.A.M standards. Each day is filled with games, quizzes, and educational fun while students create and build their very own unique skateboard that goes home with them at the end of the camp week. On the last day of class, students will get on-site skateboard lessons and have a chance to ride the board that they created. Don't forget to bring your water.
