Our gymnastics program is a combination of tumbling and apparatus work. We feature a full gym including balance beam, rings, rope, trampoline, low bar, and vault.
Our main concern in the gym is safety. We practice safe spotting and focus on good technique and body control.
Our mission is to develop coordination and body awareness for tumbling and gymnastics movements. This includes balance, flexibility, strength, timing, and spatial awareness. We want our gymnasts to be able to safely perform the skills learned in the classroom with confidence and proper technique.
*Private lessons are available.
