Alternatives in Action’s Community Programs at the McClymonds Youth & Family Center offer an array of diverse programming during the school year, including academic tutoring, courses in college & career preparation, peer mentoring, multi-media, literary, visual & musical arts, cascading youth leadership training, debate, health, and parent education.
Alternatives in Action also offers a Summer Bridge Program at McClymonds High School, focused on developing the leadership of middle school youth who will be incoming freshman. Youth have fun, build skills, and make new friends as they transition to high school.
*Participants must be enrolled at McClymonds to participate in Extended Day Programs
