Martial Arts focuses on the unity of the mind and body. We will work on strengthening our core and improving balance and strength. Activities can be performed sitting or standing and will be modified for each participant. This course is designed for individuals with disabilities and their non-disabled siblings and friends. Please note, participants must be able to function in a 1 to 4 staff to participant ratio and be independent with their personal care or provide an attendant. No class 2/16
