Aventura-Summer Camp

Join us at Aventura – Summer Camp at EBI where campers can participate in interest based, engaging, innovative and age-appropriate enriching activities in Spanish, STEAM, Athletics, and Global Arts, led by our outstanding faculty and renowned industry partners. Each of our summer camp weeks are full of Fun!

Our EBI Summer Camps are open to both EBI and non-EBI students from PK to Grade 4 with no prior Spanish language required. Our Aventura summer program has been designed to accommodate your family’s schedule, offering weekly camps, as well as early and after care options. This summer 2024, EBI is very glad to offer seven weeks of camp (June 24-August 9).

Escuela Bilingüe Internacional (EBI), California’s only Spanish-English dual-immersion, IB World independent school, welcomes you for a summer of Spanish language, cultural immersion and exciting adventures. EBI’s staff represents many Spanish-speaking countries including: Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Peru, Venezuela, Argentina, Spain and Cuba. Each one brings a passion for inspiring young minds and a passion for creating global, wonderful memories with your campers that will last for a lifetime!

2024 Camp Themes

• Session I, In the Amazon (June 24 – June 26)

Get ready to explore the Amazon rainforest, host to some of the most fascinating creatures on earth. Campers will learn about the rich ecosystem and touch on topics of deforestation and what they can do to help.

• Session II, A Bug’s Life (July 1- July 3)

This week campers will take a glimpse into the science of entomology. They will get their hands dirty exploring the enviroment, behavior and the physical traits of bugs.

• Session III, Crazy Scientist (July 8 – July 12)

Campers will put on their lab coats and goggles to make sticky and gross textures using chemistry. This week will be fun-filled of hands-on science experiments, some which will explode, erupt, and mysterious substances that change from solid to liquid in seconds. Campers are sure to have a blast!

• Session IV, Under the Stars (July 15 – July 19)

Campers will explore the infinite world of space, from stars to planets and everything in between. We will make our own mini-galaxies, design, build, and launch our very own rockets. It’s going to be out of this world!

• Session V, Build It-Yourself (July 22 – July 26)

Ready to Build-It-Yourself? Campers will spend this week learning about the world of engineering and architecture through hands-on building fun. They will have the chance to apply real-world STEM concepts as they build their own creations.

• Session VI, Summer of Fun (July 29 – August 2)

This week campers will have fun under the sun. We will take advantage of the hot summer days to enjoy outdoor games, sports and art. Campers will participate in splash-tastic activities to cool down. Don’t miss out!

• Session VII, Marine World (August 5 – August 9)

Gear up to explore the Marine life! Campers will take a look at what the sea life is made of, from plants and animals to other organisms that live in the salty water of the seas and oceans of earth. We will learn the true importance of coral Reefs.
