Let your child explore their love of music! Throughout Fa Sol La, students develop pitch awareness, unison beat, rhythmic competency, and appreciation for musical expression. Classes are designed to teach note reading, musical form, meter, and instrument families through structured, playful activities. This class can be taken as a stand alone experience or as the next step for students who have graduated out of Do Re Mi.
Registration Note: Five-year-old students who wish to join this class must have completed at least one full semester of Do Re Mi. Students who are at least 6 years old by the first class are welcome to join with or without having attended prior classes at CSMA. All students must be enrolled in Kindergarten or above in order to enroll. Parent/Caregiver attendance is strongly encouraged. Each class is limited to 8 students and must meet a minimum enrollment by 1/15/23 in order to run for the spring semester.
