This is a full martial arts program that is designed to take students from white to black belt and beyond! This includes foundations and strong fundamentals for all skill levels of sparring, traditional forms, and weapons training (Bo Staff, Sai, Kama, Nunchaku, & Katana). Students will learn team and partner drills to enhance physical and mental skills as well as improving self confidence, discipline, coordination, flexibility, stamina, and strength.
