Join Rev. Tim and learn several simple and highly effective meditations that can act as a spiritual and personal foundation in these uncertain times. We will explore different styles of meditation, including silent meditation, guided meditation, chant, and visual meditation. Beginners and experienced meditators are both welcome. Please bring a cushion or pillow to sit on, or plan to use a chair if that feels more comfortable.
