Quest for ancient knowledge and seek the mysteries of the wilderness. Follow the tracks of animals and read the secrets of nature. Weave those trails into epics that inspire and teach our village.
Through hands-on skills, train in natural woodcarving, forest craft, and more. Play immersive role-playing games, and learn to craft your own tales. Make new friends and learn with experienced mentors. Develop confidence through outdoor leadership.
The Apprenticeship
The Artisans Apprenticeship goes beyond just a club. It immerses you in the ancient art of tracking and the power of myth. Through dedication your training can grow into a life-long study in a deep set of ancient arts:
Fine Craft Apprentices learn green woodworking skills with basic hand tools. They also forage for edible plants and learn the names of the forest creatures around them. As create functional and beautiful objects, they also learn to craft story and myth.
Tracking Apprentices quest for the secrets of wildlife as they train to become master trackers. These “animal stories” and "forest memories" shape and reshape the art of storytelling at its most primal level.
The Remembering This is the study of story, leadership, and ecology. Apprentices walk the "barefoot way" through all the elements, questing for the wild heart of the village. By long wilderness sits and mental and physical conditioning, they draw from a timeless well of experience. Artisans help the village Remember what it means to be human; living connected to the land and each other.

A few classes offer the following text regarding special needs students:
"We believe all children should have an IEP! Every person learns in a different way, at their own pace. Individualized, project-based learning means being intensely familiar with all one’s students abilities and needs. We will trust our teachers to present curriculum in a way that provides the right level of challenge at the right time. When we observe that a student could benefit from additional support, we will work with the parents and call in outside resources as necessary to help provide the tools to succeed for that child."
